Meet your new internet sidekick

Great Wi-Fi should give something back.

Wavipod brings fast, room-to-room coverage together with privacy tools and opt-in rewards—inside one friendly mesh you control.

Wi-Fi, remixed you’re connected

How it works — from box to bandwidth

01

Plug in a pod

Connect your first Wavipod and let the guided setup find the best place for it.

02

Mesh every room

Add more pods whenever you need them. They work together as one simple network.

03

Choose how you share

Opt in to support the wider network, set your limits, and see your contribution clearly.

Built for what comes next

A smarter signal, from sofa to sidewalk.

Modern Wi-Fi hardware meets software that keeps the complicated bits out of your way.

WiFi 7, ready for busy homes

More room for streaming, gaming, calls, and smart devices—without making you manage a network like an IT department.

A cleaner 6 GHz lane

Compatible devices can use the newer 6 GHz band when conditions are right.

One mesh, fewer dead zones

Your pods coordinate automatically, so your devices can stay connected as you move around.

A dashboard made for humans

See devices, pause access, create guest networks, and understand network health at a glance.

Share & earn, your way

Spare capacity in. Rewards out.

Network participation is always opt-in. Your pod relays encrypted traffic for the community using only the headroom you allow, and earns credits for the capacity it contributes to the decentralised physical infrastructure network (DePIN).

01

Set your boundaries

Choose when sharing is active and cap the bandwidth available to the community — schedule it, throttle it, or pause it entirely. Your household always comes first.

02

Stay separated

Community traffic is encrypted and isolated from your private home network and personal devices. Relayed traffic is never yours in the eyes of the network — it enters and exits inside its own tunnel.

03

Relay and earn

Credits accrue for every gigabyte your pod carries for the network, metered live on your dashboard — no mystery maths, no hidden thresholds.

04

Boost with uptime and coverage

Steady uptime earns streak bonuses, and pods in spots the mesh needs most — near high streets, transit routes, or coverage gaps — earn a location multiplier on top of the base rate.

05

Spend or cash out

Use credits directly on the network — roaming, private routes, edge capacity for your projects — or convert them through supported payout options as they launch in your region.

Use the network you help build

Shared bandwidth you can actually spend.

Credits aren’t just points on a screen. The pooled capacity the community creates becomes services you can use — at home, out and about, and in the things you build.

Roam on member pods

Away from home, your devices can hop onto nearby community pods and spend credits instead of mobile data — with the same encryption and isolation rules as your own network.

Backup when broadband breaks

If your line goes down, your pod can borrow capacity from neighbouring pods so the essentials stay online while you wait for the engineer — paid for from the credits you’ve banked.

Private routes, anywhere

Spend credits on encrypted VPN exits through the mesh — handy on hotel and café Wi-Fi, or any time you’d rather your traffic came out somewhere you trust.

Fuel your own projects

Developers can point their own services at the network: cache and serve close to users, backhaul IoT sensors and fleets, or test apps from real home connections — metered in the same credits.

Availability grows with the mesh — the more pods near you, the more you can do.

Private by default

Less tracking. More peace of mind.

Wavipod is designed to put useful network controls in your hands, with privacy protections that apply to every connected device—not just the ones with an app installed.

ad-free, tracker-resistant controls
Optional encrypted VPN routing
Separate guest and community traffic
Clear, revocable sharing controls

Blog / Field notes

The good internet guide.

Short reads for anyone who wants a better connection without a networking degree.

Explainer

What actually makes Wi-Fi 7 different?

Read the note
Wi-Fi 7 is built to use wireless spectrum more efficiently and keep more devices moving at once. The everyday benefit is less about one giant speed number and more about a network that stays responsive when the whole home is online.
How-to

Three kinder places to put a mesh pod

Read the note
Give each pod some breathing room, keep it in the open, and place it halfway toward the area that needs coverage. A pod hidden behind a television or tucked into a cabinet has to work much harder.
Privacy

Home network sharing, without the awkward bits

Read the note
A well-designed community network keeps shared traffic isolated from your personal devices, gives you clear limits, and lets you leave whenever you choose. Those boundaries should be visible before you opt in.

Questions, answered

A few things you might be wondering.

Is Wavipod an internet provider?
Wavipod is designed to work with an existing broadband connection. It manages the Wi-Fi inside and around your home rather than replacing the line coming into it.
Do I have to share my connection?
No. Participation is optional, and the product experience is designed to give you clear controls over whether, when, and how much you share.
Will community traffic see my devices?
It should never mix with your private network. Wavipod is designed to isolate community, guest, and personal traffic from one another.
What can I spend credits on?
Roaming on member pods when you’re out, encrypted VPN routes, backup capacity when your broadband fails, and edge bandwidth for your own apps and devices. Cash-out options are planned where local rules allow.
What is my shared bandwidth actually used for?
Encrypted relay for other members — their roaming devices, backup connections, and community services. It runs in its own tunnel, stays inside the caps you set, and you can switch it off at any time.
When can I get one?

How many pods will I need?
That depends on the size and materials of your space. The guided setup will help you start small and only add another pod if the signal needs it.
